Mounting your blinds inside the frame allows you to showcase the window's trim, though there will be a 0.4-inch light gap on each side of the shade to ensure smooth fabric movement. Conversely, mounting your shades on the outside of the frame helps eliminate that light gap when you lower them.

If you're unsure about the measurements, you can send us pictures of your windows, and we'll be happy to provide some advice. Production typically takes 10-15 days, and the shades are shipped from China. Please let us know if you need them sooner.

When choosing the right size for your window, here are some guidelines: - INSIDE MOUNT: Window width is the blind width, and window height is the blind height. For example, if your window measures 23 inches wide by 72 inches long, the Blind Width would be 23 inches, and the Blind Height would be 72 inches. - OUTSIDE MOUNT: Add at least 4 inches to both the width and length of the window to determine the blind size. Using the same example, the Blind Width would be 23 inches + 4 inches, and the Blind Height would be 72 inches + 4 inches.

Please note that the fabric width will be 0.8 inches shorter than the size of the shade. If your height differs significantly from the existing blind height, you may want to consider a custom size.
