The top shade is a light filtering solid color on both the front and back, while the bottom shade is a Duplex design (white to the street). This versatile setup provides flexibility in managing the amount of natural light and privacy you desire.

Customization is Key

We understand the importance of a perfect fit, which is why we offer the ability to customize these child-safe cordless day/night shades to the 1/8th of an inch. Once you select your desired size and color, you'll see a "Customize Now" button on the top right. Here, you can specify whether you need an inside or outside the window frame mount and provide your exact measurements to the 1/8th of an inch.

For an inside the window frame mount, we'll take a 3/8-inch deduction off the exact measurement you provide, ensuring a perfect fit within the opening. It's important to have at least 1 3/8 inches of depth at the top of the window for an inside mount.

For an outside the window frame mount, we'll simply use the exact size you specify, as no deductions are required. Outside mounts are typically installed above the window opening and extend slightly wider than the opening. Doors are usually best suited for outside the window frame mounts.
